I have had the AVG free download on my laptop for sometime now. I was notified that I could receive a 60 day free trial upgrade and then my credit card would be billed after that. I completed the information to receive this free upgrade and after I entered my credit card information, the screen changed to "Loading" and it has been sitting at this for 1 hour now. Nothing has changed. Could someone please let me know if this is normal? What do I need to do? Thank you!
