I understand this must be upsetting. I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) but not AVG Secure VPN. If you had purchased it, I would request you to contact our technical support team ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) to validate it and get help to activate AVG Secure VPN.

I bought the vpn software after the free monthly trial, but it won't upgrade. what should I do as I have already re-started  This is the same issue many are having
