Hi there all!

I am having a problem with freevideocutterjoiner.exe.
How it got past AVG I don't know or care but AVG did find it the second time I installed freevideocutterjoiner.exe and quarantined it for good.

My problem is that after testing that freevideocutterjoiner is the source, I can't get rid of what it does because it cleverly kills it own processes (runs two or more dllhost.exe programs, without  a company name in the the description column, slowing down my computer, and making the CPU get VERY hot) and I can't find the actual file that calls the dllhosts to run. The only time a dllhost does actually run is when a Microsoft process calls for a dllhost to run ( I can see "Microsoft" in the column. )

Additionally, I can see my router activity light blinking like very furiously even when my system is sitting idle.

I can only run Windows Resource Monitor or Task Manager to keep the dllhosts from running, but doing so means I have to remember to start it every time I I actually power on the laptop.

These dllhosts even starts running again the second I end Resource Monitor or Task Manager. (ET phone home?)

I am running a 32bit Toshiba with Win 7.1. This problem does NOT occur on my Win10 64bit system. Both systems are NOT networked to each other, although they see each other but can't talk to each other because I do not have any sharing folders turned on (so I have to sneakernet programs or files on a USB drive, so what!) And besides, AVG caught the dll problem the first time I tried to install it on the WIN 10 system.

Please help! I am at my wit's end!

Thank you all for your anticipated responses!
