Thank you for getting back to me. I tried that, but it is just doing the same thing. I can't even boot the laptop in safe mode as this screen comes before the Windows screen.

I restarted my Lenovo Z500 laptop earlier but after the Lenovo screen came up, a black screen came up saying "Watch Dog Initialization" and proceeded to go through a list of things it was doing. Usually after it says it's finished, the laptop continues to boot up and I can use it. However, now it's saying Phase 1: finished, and staying that way.
I found a potential solution on the Windows forum requiring me to download a Windows 10 ISO and boot the laptop off of the disc with it on. But also many have said this is an anti-virus issue, so I wanted to see if there's an easier way to fix this issue before going through with the ISO.

To fix this issue, we suggest you to unplug all USB devices connected to your computer like mouse, keyboard or printer and then restart the computer. After the restart, please check if you are able to reboot your computer notmally into windows.
