Frequent emails that my protection is lapsing after Zen renewal?

Please advise , your system generated notes keep telling me that I have lost ,my protection after you have issued me AVG Zen until 2016 and taken my money…is this your plan to double sell products ?
Very confusing and poor administration at best or legitimate scam ?

Hello Howard. Sorry to hear that. I have checked your account details and you are subscribed to AVG Ultimate. I would request you to uninstall your old AVG products and then install AVG Ultimate. If you have already download and installed AVG Zen, please uninstall it and follow the instructions below to re install it.
