Get rid of this product! It destroyed my laptop - I had to get it repaired/re-formatted after this failed product, basically caused by AVC Support.  They failed to deal with my complaint properly - gave a standard "we're not responsible" answer, without dealing with my justifiable complaint. They have since ignored any email I have sent (issue arose in Nov 2013, initial complaint email sent by myself in Dec 2013, first reply from AVG in Feb 2014, I replied to this in Feb 2014, no answer, re-sent it April 2014, no answer, re-sent it today)

I just installed the free version and finished a thorough scan with the disk docter and restarted my computer, it is now at 27% and froze up my computer. What do I do?
