Frustrating emails from AVG

Hi there, I have purchased a 2-year license for Internet Security from AVG.Unfortunately, their system thinks that I did not renew. I keep receiving emails from them asking me to renew. Today, AVG sent me a servey asking me why I didn't renew. Four weeks ago, I chatted with an AVG Rep and he said that he couldn't see any problem with my account and that my membership was active. However, since I purchased a 2-year membership, I don't want to be hassled with these frustrating emails for another 20 months. Perhaps a member of this community could give me a tip on how to stop these frustrating emails. Thank you kindly!
