Full Download of Install (as Opposed to Installer)?

Newbie has old, unprotected (except for firewall and NAT router), Windows 7 computer; needs antivirus (at least).  The download I found here (for AVG Antivirus Free for Windows 7):

AVG | Thank you for downloading

is very small and appears to be only an installer.  (I suppose the same applies to AVG Internet Security?)

I don't dare connect this old computer to the Internet until I have an antivirus (at least) installed.  Is it possible to download the full software on another (protected, Windows 10) computer to install on the unprotected one?

That was my need.  Sorry I wasn't more clear in the first message.  I guess I missed the keyword, "offline."

By the way, did I miss a trick step registration?  I expected to have the opportunity of defining a screen name, but I see the system is displaying my full name.  Perhaps that's the policy here?
