Full installation files still available for download?

Are the full installation files still available for download?  I volunteer my computer services for a retirement village.        The time taken to install the various AVG products is considerably shorter if I use the full installation files rather than the small "stub" files.  A lot of the clients also have slow connections.   If I have the installation files on a USB, I can copy the file to their computer and leave the more knowledgeable users to complete the process.
