Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. I have checked your account and I don't see an active AVG subscriptions under the email from which you have contacted us. If you purchased AVG recently, please attach the proof of purchase to the email which I have sent to you to assist further.

Hi, I downloaded internet security with full protection  and  installed  one year license.
Instead I have one years protection  of free anti virus. 
Any ideas on how this may be corrected.

HI, Karthikeyan, thank you for your reply. Yes you will not find my subscription as this were purchased through a reseller. However i have been in touch with AVG support today and they tried to fix the problem remotely. Alas to no avail.
This has now been escalated up and i await their email which i should receive within the next 24 hours

Sorry to hear about the situation.

I see that the Sales Number was not registered yet and hence you were unable to activate the AVG Internet Security. I've sent you an email with the License Details. Please check your Inbox.
