I had a discussion with your Gabriela Ref 20398376 about purchase duplications and service. I have been promised a full package including "Breachguard" and all the rest to last until August 2025
 Please make sure you action this and stop trying to get customers to renew each facility before it expires.
I am not  expecting any further demands from AVG until August 2025
