OK, It's ok again. I will need to wait a few days to see if this is fixed for sure.
Note - This is the 3rd time I have re-installed ZEN. The only difference this time is that I have deleted all AVG folders after running the AVGRemoval program.
There is not too much I can screen shot as the Internet just stops working. There are no error codes or error Windows etc…

Hi Everyone,

i have the paid version of ZEN protection on a Windows10 PC. The AVG software seems to lock up the Internet connection on the laptop every few days.
To fix this I uninstall and reinstall ZEN, then it will be ok for a few days.
Switching the firewall off makes no difference.
i have 3 other Windows computers running ok without ZEN, so the Internet and router are ok. This problem only started once I installed ZEN last week.
very frustrating.

No…the problem isn't resolved. As usual a few days later, the internet has ground to a haut and my AVG scan has sat on "Currently Scanning : Rootkits" for 3 hours. Its the same every time.
Can i have your next steps for final resolution please?
