Full Protection for AVG Ultimate has expired

Hello Mandy,

Have you activated your AVG Ultimate?

Follow the below steps to verify the expiration date of your product:

Open your AVG Internet Security -> Click on My AVG -> Then click on my subscription

And check the expiration date of the product.

I tried to update my AVG virus protection and Program Update and saw the message "Full Protection for AVG Ultimate has expired".
 
My subscription was renewed on 18 December 2018.
 
Please explain what is going on.

I see it shows that it expired 31 December 2018. I paid my renewal fee on 18 December 2018.

You have an active subscription of AVG Ultimate valid till 12/31/2019.

Please logout from your AVG MyAccount and remove the license, relogin to your AVG MyAccount.

This should activate the product.
