Full scan stopped in free version

Hello Betty,
I'm sorry to hear about this. In this case, I request you to reinstall AVG Antivirus on your Mac computer and run the AVG whole computer scan. Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgread.me/1LhhXRT to uninstall the AVG program. Once done please follow the instructions on the article http://avgread.me/1ggvK09 to reinstall the AVG Antivirus on your MAC PC. After that, please run whole computer scan with AVG Antivirus and check if it's working. There is no need to contact/notify Apple about this, after reinstallation you can run AVG scan and it will remove all the viruses(if there) from your computer.
Best regards,
Alok.

  1. My full scan stopped unexpectedly.  It had shown 6 items found.  How do I get to those item and get rid of them in the free version?

    2) How do I notify Apple of what happened?
