Fully protected, yet told that my identity will be leaked?

I have AVG ultimate, says I’m fully protected yet I get pestered into buying yet another costly protection to protect my identity, dark web exposure and more. So WTF am I paying my avg security for and no way to get in touch??? Any suggestions
