What happened to your contacts is really unfortunate. AVG Antivirus Pro/AVG Clear Pro may prompt to clear the call logs, that is also with your permission (AVG will not delete anything from your mobile phone without your permission). AVG Mobile support is available only through email (you can open AVG program on your mobile phone > menu > contact us).

Hello I have a Galaxy S6 with nougat. A day after I uploaded the AVG PRO software on my mobile phone half of my contacts disappeared. There is apparently no phone support for mobile phones and I'm still waiting for tech support to respond to me any ideas?
