General Behavioral detection HSPFUPDATER

Hi
After a failed update and Windows windback, AVG Free picked up a General Behavioral Detection on a HSPFUpdater.exe file stored in a Hewlett-Packard  folder in Program Data. Is this a legitimate threat or should it be allowed? Thanks
