General behavioural detection warning {A6D608F0-0BDE-491A-97AE-5C4B05D86E01}.bat

As some of your previous posts I am getting a General behavioural detection warning on startup. Windows is trying to run a batch file c:\Windows\System32\{A6D608F0-0BDE-491A-97AE-5C4B05D86E01}.bat

the contents of which are:

@echo off

if exist igfxEM.exe start igfxEM.exe

if exist igfxHK.exe start igfxHK.exe

if exist igfxTray.exe start igfxTray.exe

del /Q {A6D608F0-0BDE-491A-97AE-5C4B05D86E01}.bat

AVG is also listing files in a folder C:\Windows\SYSNATIVE (which I am unable to find) such as cmd.exe and attrib.exe.

Is this a virus/malware or a false positive. Please can you help.
