General error 0xC0070643

I got an update error several times so tried repair. That failed too.
So I uninstalled using AVG remover and tried to reinstall.
That has now failed with the following error:
Description: General error (0x0643)
Error code: 0xC0070643
What should I do to reinstall AVG?
