General error by install

I have AVG Tuneup installed - I recently had AVG ultimate installed as well The subscription ran out april 3rd.

I just purchased an AVG ultimate with VPN package. I uninstalled the AVG ultimate in order to start anew but I get an error every time.

I tried the AVG remover and the other AVG clear - I still get the error.
0xC0070643: Generel fejl (0x0643)
