Hi. I've been getting this error pop up for the last few weeks and I've read various fixes, none of which have worked. I've removed and reinstalled AVG but I still have the issue and AVG is saying my computer is not protected, nor my identity, though Web and Email are protected. I'm on Win 7 and now running AVG 2016. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Thanks guys. The product is the free version of AVG Protection. I've gone to that link Alan but can't see anything referring to the free version, just the PRO version.
