Try to Unchek the AVG Network filter driver
- Open Network Connections (Start -> Control Panel -> search for adapter -> View network connections)
- Right click adapter which is used for conntection to internet and select Properties.
- Uncheck the AVG network filter driver.
- Then restart your PC to re-enable AVG network filter driver and check your issue.
