AVG Guru
Without going into too much detail, suffice it to sat that I have been given the run-around by AVG support (of every type and variety : (sales, tech, billing, management. etc).
I had a problem about AVG mishandling a situation where they interchanged a necessary action cited for antivirus and applied it to PCTuneup.
6 hours of phones, being swiched from h**l to high water (mostly in the Phillipines), including several different managers always resulted in every person I spoke with had no record of previous disacussions and had to start from the bginning each time.
When I received emails from different organizations, asking to reply with specific information,
EACH AND EVERY TIME MY REPLY CAME BACK AS NOT DELIVERABLE, OR "WE CANNOT DETERMINE THE DEPARTMENT/PERSON FOR WHOM THE EMAIL IS FOR. HIS SIMPLY CLICKING ON reply ON THERE EMAILS - NOT RE-ENTERING THEIR ADDRESS.
At this point, I am ready to chuck the whole thing. PCTuneup is not worth the space it takes on your drive, and there are quite a few Antivirus programs that are as good as and bwtter than AVG.
Just curious if anyone else out there had similar experiences
Hi Robert,
I am sorry to hear that, I noticed that your last order is in refund state now, but according to you description it seems to me like you wanted refund for AVG PC TuneUp and not AVG AntiVirus.
Is that right? Should I correct it for you?
Thanks
