Hi Ranjani,
Thanks for your instructions.  I have so far deleted all the files in the first"temp" section & all those in the %appdata% section. However I am not sure what a conflicting file/conflicting folder is .How do I recognise them,select them and delete them. I remain,-testing your patience-, John Campbell

We understand your concern, we do apologize for the difficulties. It seems that you have installed some other third party conflicting programs like Mcafee, Norton, Comodo.  We would suggest you to uninstall it completely and remove its folder manually.

Go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type “Temp” and remove all the files. Go to Run window and type “%temp%” and remove all the files. Go to Run window and type %appdata% - Remove the conflicting folders. Go to Run window and type %programdata% -remove conflicting files. Please go to c: drive-> program files and delete it and check for the results. Thank you!

In recent problems with buying, downloading and then deleting the wrong products (Avg Performance and Zen), which I did not require as I have only one Pc, no tablet, no lapton, and no mobile phone, I have aquired the above virus  rated severity-medfium. In the past few years I ran my updates daily, my tune-up daily and my comlete pc scan every sunfay am with no faults. It was terrific. Now I have this "thing"! How can i remove it without more fees for one item
