Sorry, the language for AVG PC tuneup can be changed only during the installation startup.
We request you to uninstall AVG PC tuneup and during the installation before clicking on "INSTALL NOW" at the top of installation wizard you can find options to choose the language. Please choose as German and then click on Install now.
