This product does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount that was created during your purchase. If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:
Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
Click Connect in the top part of the window.
Click Connect to an existing Zen Network.
Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

I have tried your instructions and re-set my PC after re-loading the AVG Zen, several times, but the message still comes up AVG Pro trial licence has expired and I am not protected. The program installs 100% and it gives a green message you are procected, then greys out with the expired message back again. This is now going in circles. Can you help me as I am tempted to delete the program. It might be my incompitace, but please assist.
I get a message that my trial AVG Pro has expired, but I have a valid licence. How do I stop the message from blocking me to get access to the Tune-up or performance function. I do also have a valid tune-up licence?
