In my avg cleaner app on android in the :my subscription menu" when trying to get connected to my avg account and get access to my licenses on any device it says my email credentials are not correct. i went to the login link for google and for email and both say my credentials are incorrect. i even tried to use my avg credentials as well as my google credentials.

I have tried all the troubleshooting procedures listed on community pages as well as internet searches to no avail. Soooooooooooo how do I "connect" ? And I have the AVG Ultimate subscription.
