Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record you have purchased our latest AVG Protection multi-device (1 year subscription) that expires on 17/9/2016. When you open the AVG program from the icon on your desktop do you get any window opened with a name as AVG Zen? Do you get as Update failed for your AVG program?
I have paid for protection but that is not what is on my PC

I had issues with Windows 10 and had to delete it not back to Windows 7 Premium edition but my avg is not updated and keeps me from updating other programs also.
- Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.

Thank you for confirming it. This issue occurs when your previous version of AVG program isn't uninstalled from your PC while installing this Multi-device program. So I would request you to do a complete re-installation by following the below mentioned instructions:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
