I have just purchased avg ultimate for 2 years. It seems the only way I can complete the download is to permit remote access to my computer and even if I allowed this I could still face an additional fee if subsequent visits were necessary to install on my other devices. Having now had access to varous questions that have been asked, and very poorly answered, I am of the opinion that I have bought a turkey adn there is no way I would trust them with access to my computer - however trying to cancel is proving as hard as trying to install - wihtout being blakcmailed into paying £19.99 and/or relinquishing control of my network - something no reputable company would recommend. How do I leave and get my money bac?
