Get Rid of BING

I thought that by having AVG VPN, I would get rid of BING, instead it always shows up and takes over when I search or even type in a specific address.  Am I doing something wrong or is this BING's priority?

I understand that you wish to change/remove your bing search engine to other search engines like google. Am I right?
If yes, please let us know the browser which you want to change the bing search engine.
If Chrome, please follow the below steps to change it.

  1.  Change Chrome’s settings
  2. Open Google Chrome.
  3. Press the Menu button (the 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner).
  4. Go to Settings.
  5. Go to the Search engine tab on the left.
  6. Scroll down until you reach On startup.
  7. Select Open a specific page or set of pages
  8. If Bing is listed there, right-click it and select Remove.
If you still face this same, then Reset Google Chrome
  • Open Google Chrome.
  • Press the Menu button.
  • Then, go to Settings and select Advanced.
  • Scroll down until you see Reset and clean up.
  • Click Reset settings to their original defaults.
Note : Resetting your browser will delete all of your extensions, histories etc.
