Get rid of invasive ad "breaking news"

BREAKING NEWS is apparently hidden within something as I can't find anything close to that name in my programs or anywhere that it can be deleted.   There are sites that offer to clean "BREAKING NEWS" for a price but I thought that AVG could have done the job but it failed.

I have taken 3 screen shot - 2 of which are of my "settings" in which this BREAKING NEWS is supposed to be located but does not appear.  I have even deleted a "logmein" program as it appears to be related but the damn BREAKING NEWS keeps coming up.

How do I send these 3 screen shots?
