Get scammers when calling customer support

This will be my last year using AVG…their support or lack of support sucks the big one!

I had problems with my computer after downloading AVG 2015 and PC tune up.  I called and was referred to a another party that said I had to do a complete overhaul of my compter because my ip address was compromised.  They (PC Experts 24/7) charged me $615.00 to secure my network only to find out that they were scammers when contacting AVG customer support one again and they referred me to another company who wanted to charge me another $699.00 (Avkin) to secure my network.  I finally called AVG Sales department and was told that these were both scammers.  I am totally frustrated with AVG and the resellers that they have solicited.  I want to know what I can do to contact the REAL AVG if I have a problem.  I have since brought in a certified technician that has gone in and gotten rid of all of the malware et al that was placed on my machine from first contractor.  Very sketchy
