The website will get opened according the location where you are accessing it from.
However, you can check whether there is a flag symbol at the top right corner of the website.

Your avice to contact to Sales Support team was a total bust! I clicked on the site and filled out the require information. I then clicked the on-line chat button and sat here for 15 miuntes watching a little blue arrow cirle around in a white rectangle. NOBODY came on-line to chat!
I did get to an English language site this morning. BUT, even after putting in the required information and clicking the "AGREE & CONTINUE" button, I'm reverted back to the "PLACE ODER" site. I give up! I'll just go to the PX and buy a new CD off of the rack and reload. I would not even keep using AVG prodicts at this point except fpor the fact that I have the DATA SAFE from the virus program in which I have stored several itmes. I did uninstall AVG PC tune up as it keeps scrwing up my computer. If I find a new way to save the stuff in the Dta Safe. AVG VIRUS is Gone as well.
