For no apparent reason I've been getting a phantom pop-up warning me of a seemingly non-existent problem. Just started today, no recent system changes, computer passes full AVG scan with latest definitions database installed, passes Malwarebytes and Hijack This and everything else without issue. The pop-up comes up randomly every 5-30 minutes no matter what I'm doing with the computer at the time. Win 7/64

Screen shot of the pop-up. Just started happening today, no system changes. System tests clean on a full AVG scan, clean on Malware Bytes, clean on HijackThis! Message keeps popping up repeatedly, as least 20 times since this morning. Even when doing nothing and the system is idling with all programs closed like when I'm AFK for an hour I'll come back and see that.
