I was disappointed to learn that AVG prompts customers to buy subscriptions even when the customer already has the same subscription, and never notifies the customer that s/he is already subscribed for the same service.  I didn't discover this until I learned how to view all my subscriptions.  I just found AVG's policy on refunds, and learned that full refunds are available only if the newest subscription is cancelled within 30 days.  I have two active AVG BreachGuard subscriptions, each of which says, confusingly, that it is "[a]ctive on 2 of 1 devices in the past 30 days."   One of these redundant subscriptions will expire on 8/3/24, and the other will expire on 10/28/24.

Can I get a prorated refund on the unexpired portion of either of these redundant subscriptions?  Also, what does it mean to have a subscription active on "2 of 1 devices?"
