Getting a refund

I cancelled several of my AVG subscriptions on 25th October, 2022. 5 Days after my renewal was due. Clicked the icon to request a refund. 3 months later I'm still waiting for my money back. 
The live chat option doesn't seem to be working (tried several times over the past week) and when I phone the local (Aus) service centre phone number, I get an engaged signal. 
I need my refund to pay other bills due atm. Does anyone know if AVG sup[port is working and why I haven't received my refund after more than 2 months?
