I'm glad to say that I've found a link to request a refund:

A couple of important things I needed to find were The Order Number and The Product Key. Thank goodness they were in my e-mail.
After completing the form, I got an e-mail saying, "You should now have your money back within 7 business days in the account you used for the initial purchase."
This is an important tip to let people know what not to lose.
