Getting back to community support

We request you to get into AVG community website https://support.avg.com/answers and log in to your account.
Once logged in, click on "Show Unanswered Questions"  and select "My Questions".
It will show you the list of post that you have submitted from your account.
It is not possible for you to reply to the post or create new post from the email notification that you get.
It is necessary to visit our community page in order reply on your post or create a new one.

AAARGH.  I ask a question, they email me to ask more questions, I have to get back in here to answer, but can't find where that is, I keep going in circles…They knew what I meant, they do this to make my BP go up.  Why can't I just answer the email from the guy who sent it.
