From your description, it possibly seems to be a false positive.
Initially, we'd suggest you to ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.
Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom left corner - Restart computer after successful update & check.
If you still receive the notification, please help us with full screenshot of the threat secure popup.

While trying to execute an application using certain development tool, getting behavioral shield exception : IDP.HELU.PSE41
Can you please confirm if this is false positive and how to get this resolved?
