In Maryland, billing the same person for two subscriptions for the same thing is known as fraud! I had done a download the first time I bought your product. Now, I'm getting messages that it was never installed. You better provide me with a good answer, or I will be reporting fraudulent behavior to the state of Maryland and also putting something on both Facebook and on Quora!
