I'm getting error codes after continually getting disconnected from my VPN and I'm being directed to contact support and then when I try to contact you, you send me in a never-ending loop of FAQ and "this could possibly help you" and I can't actually get any help. How do I get help from you? This is absolutely unacceptable.
