Getting messages that I am not protected when account shows fully protected

Open AVG Secure VPN-> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to reactivate it.
If the issue persists, share the screenshot of AVG user interface where you received the notifications.

Recently I received an alert that my AVG VPN is not connected, my location is exposed, my ISP is shown etc and various passwords are shown when my account and small green dot on the VPN icon shows as connected (bottom right) and a demand to pay another subscription. What is going on here? is this just another ploy to get more money. Even though my VPN subscription runs until 6th December 2019 I keep getting alerts across bottom of the black window saying my VPN expires in 1 day, renew now?
