Getting my AVG Ultimate to show up in my and my Wife's account in Google Play Store

I completely understand your concern. I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) good till 1/24/2019. But I don't find any AVG products purchased via Google play store, hence the AVG Ultimate purchased via AVG e-shop won't be reflected in Google Play store account. However, you can install AVG Pro version in mobile as per the steps mentioned below:
1. Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG Antivirus/Cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.

I am trying to get my paid subscription to register in both my account and my wife's account for our Android phones in the Google Play Store. I paid for a version of AVG Security, and it shows there, but no other licensed version of AVG can be found, and all I can install is the one that is free with the ads. Can you tech support people look into this and link the new AVG Ultimate software I bought to Google Play Store so I can download it to our phones? Your help is greatly appreciated . . .

do the basic first like restart your modem and device…sometimes this will work to flush cache and refresh the connection.
if doesn't work. i actually found a solution for this
