Getting out of automatic billing

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. I see that you have an active AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) valid till 30th Oct 2019 and an active license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) valid till 17th June 2018. I would like to confirm that automatic renewal is turned off for both these subscriptions and assure you will not be charged.

How do I get out of automatic billing.  ? I have had so many issues with this account and effective assistance is not to be found. Do I just have to cancel everything .
