Getting phone lost alarm but forgot pin to unlock

We will certainly help you to resolve this issue.

As you didn't remember your PIN for anti-theft, we request you to reset the PIN following the below instructions:

1. Click on the following link http://my.avg.com
2. Login to anti-theft portal using the my account credentials
3. Select the device from the left panel you wish to reset the anti-theft pin.
4. New tabs will appear for your selected device from which tap on Settings.
5. Tap on Anti-Theft Tab.
6. Enter PIN confirm PIN again.
7. Tap on save to change PIN number for your device

Then enter the same PIN on your device and turn off the siren.

Dear Team,
Please be informed that, all of a sudden my phone started giving siren "phone is lost or stolen"
I do not remember the pin, neither I am getting anyoption to login to my account on my laptop & reset pin.
An immediate help is much appreciated.
