We will certainly help you to sort this out.

You can only import the photos that is stored on your phone gallery.

Please follow the below instructions to know how to add photos to photo vault:

Open Photo Vault by selecting ☰ Menu ▸ Photo Vault. To add a photo to the Photo Vault, tap the + plus icon and select one of the following options:

1. Take new photo: allows you to take photos and directly add them to the Photo Vault.

- Take a photo with your camera.

- Tap OK to place the photo in the Vault, or tap Retry to take the photo again.

2. Import from gallery: allows you to select photos from your existing gallery.

- Tick the photo(s) that you want to protect.

- Tap Hide now.
