About twenty times a day for the past week AVG has been reporting That is has aborted connection on wwsercher.biz because it was infected with URL:Blacklist. It then offers a button to SCAN MY PC, which I have done twice with no further threats found.
I am running Win 10 on a laptop HP Pavilion with a chrome browser.
How can I get rid of the problem and stop these notifications?

Some unwanted extension or add on seems to be causing this.
Please reset Google chrome to default settings to resolve this issue.
I did the reset and so far (5 hours) it seems to have cured the problem.
