I've paid for AVG - but every time I click on the tab to open it - it comes up in the free version and tells me it is expired. Whenever I manage to get into the paid for version it continually comes up with the same problems - even though I know I have run the fixes before. In my uninstall programmes list - it only shows 'AVG 2015' 'AVG PC 2015 Tuneup' and 'AVG Safeguard Toolbar'. This is very frustrating - I need a simple guide on how to fix this is possible. I apologize, I think you have not yet uninstalled your AVG PC Tune up Trial version. I request you to please uninstall your AVG PC tune up completely using AVG PC Tune up remover tool and reinstall it using your license number.
Please follow the below instructions to download AVG PC tune up remover tool to uninstall your AVG PC tune up:
1. Please click on the link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe to download the AVG Remover tool.
2.Run the downloaded file, and then click Continue. Please note that your computer will be restarted.
3.Wait for the tool to restart your computer.
