Getting rid of zen

Thank you, Alan.  I am new to this support group.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

I followed instructions to uninstall Zen plus the other item suggested.  But when I went to the link for installing avg free, I clicked the download, but when the window to install popped up it said I was installing Zen again.  Help
