Getting "subscription expires soon" messages

I keep getting the "expiration" messages or warnings about my current subscriptions. I recently checked this out and called AVG to talk to a support person. They (person at AVG support) checked and confirmed that my subscriptions are current and don't expire until Sept and Oct of 2021 respectively. Even went in and re- downloaded the subscriptions, but the "warning" notices continue? Any idea on how to stop this?
I have paid subscriptions listed for Ultimate (which is 2 protections) and VPN… 3 in total.
